*A fun lime green, kelly green, red and white fabric garland that measures 32 inches. Fabric is hand cut and tied onto jute twine. Trims hang down ~9 inches. There is 12 inches of additional jute twine on the end for hanging and tying.
*A ONE banner is made of burlap. The pennants are V shaped. Burlap pennants are painted with red acrylic paint. Pennants measure 4 inches x 5.5 inches.
