I made this banner on 4x4 inch white chipboard pieces . Each end piece is hand stamped with a green acrylic paint flourish, I permanently attached the red card stock letters to each piece and then antiqued around the edges for vintage appeal. I strung JOY to the WORLD is strung on a holiday green ribbon with green and red bows and phrase extends 36 inches, with excess ribbon off each end for ease of hanging.

Sturdy enough to for years and years!! This banner is also light enough to be hung up with just scotch tape!
