This item is shipped fully assembled.
Your order will ship within 1-2 days from the time you placed your order. Needs your champagne wall sooner? Please let us know, and we can try to accommodate. In a rare case that your package does not arrive within of planned event time frame this will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Please know that custom orders may require more production time dependent upon requests.

CANCELATION AND RETURNS
Because orders ship within the same day, orders must be canceled within 4 hours of placing order. Orders that are shipped and canceled are subject to %25 percent restocking fee and shipping fees.
DAMAGE ITEMS
In a case where your item arrives damage, please let us know within 3 days, we will replace your item but not return for money. Past 7 days, order is subject to a $200 exchange fee
