We ship by EVENT DATE so that we are able to prioritize orders by event date. Even if you order weeks in advance, we still prioritize orders due sooner.

TURNAROUND TIME:
We ship with 2-3 day USPS priority mail. Some delays can take up to 2 weeks, so we are working hard to ship with 2-4 weeks advance.
Completion time varies on date and quantity of orders we are working on. Please let us know your event date in the personalization slot when you place your order.
