This item is handmade by me.

The topper is made from black card stock and UV reflective neon poster board. It is a paper product and not LED lights.

I use a die cut to make the letters, and then adhere them to a black background.

Each letter is approximately 2" high. So, depending on your name, the height and width will vary. The added sticks add approximately 4".

There are two lollipop sticks firmly attached that insert directly into the cake.

Picture 3 shows the topper in relation to a 9X13 cake.
