For this deer birthday banner I made the SAMPLE banner on 4x4 inch white chipboard. I stamped the letters with navy blue acrylic paint. Then to frame the wording I permanently attached a dark gray card stock buck at each end. Then I hand stamp the arrows in light gray acrylic paint. This client wanted antiqued edges but you can also get them left clean if you prefer. I strung the banner with navy ribbon and did matching ties at each end. Note the flaws in the stamping process-that's what gives these banners their vintage look and feel.
