The grid helps you focus on three things: Strokes, Size and Slant. Three things that help make your letters more legible and giving them a polished look!

This listing includes a total of 5 PDF files which contain my signature lower and upper case alphabet plus drills in 3 different sizes so you can practice with different size tools; small brush pens, large brush pens/small watercolor brushes (size 4 round), and large watercolor brushes (size 8 round). I've included a "Welcome and Instructions" PDF in which I share tips, tricks, and instructions on how to use the Grid method featured in this set as well a complete "suggested materials" list (with pictures).

The letters in this pack have a slightly higher level of difficulty than my previous packs, but since we start practicing with Small Brush Pens, it helps you memorize the strokes to go onto creating larger letters with a larger brush pen or an actual brush. These worksheets feature my own modern calligraphy lettering style as seen on my Instagram account @jeanniedicksondesigns I will also be lettering the whole a to z alphabet there through real-time videos, so make sure to follow me!

-4 WAYS TO PRACTICE:

1. Print on smooth, quality paper and practice directly over the printed worksheet (with small and large brush pens, small and large watercolor brushes)
2. Print your worksheets once and then use tracing paper to practice over the printed worksheet (for the small and large brush pens)
3. Print your worksheet, place over a lightpad and use watercolor paper (small and large watercolor brushes) or Rhodia paper (small and large brush pens).

NOTE: For best results, print your PDF at 100% on letter size paper.
