CROWN:
A small stiffened royal blue felt crown, decorated with 'one' in bright green with a Saturn planet for the "o", and trimmed with mini white pom poms along bottom and on crown points. Attached to 1/8" WHITE elastic to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of crown is 3.5", and height 2.75".
* note small size- last picture is to show size of crown on a 1 year old.

HIGH CHAIR BANNER:
5 small royal blue felt pennants, 4"x4" each, decorated with bright green letters "one" and Saturns with white stars on the ends. With matching bright color yarn pom poms. Attached to a 1/4" satin ribbon for hanging on high chair tray.
