A small stiffened navy felt party hat decorated with a white and baby blue 1, trimmed with mini light blue pom poms and a matching yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to 1/8" elastic. Diameter of hat is 4", and height 5.25".
Please note small size- if you would like a regular size hat- 5"x7" please let me know!
