A party hat made in burlap with stiffened felt liner, decorated with a white 1/2 trimmed with white mini pom poms on bottom and a white yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 2.85", and height 4".
