Your little one is having a birthday, time to hit the boardwalk and celebrate with this adorable vintage surfer ferris wheel hand painted banner! This adorable mint green, orange, blue, white and tan highchair banner would be great for your little one's birthday party, cake smash photos and first birthday photo shoot! Coordinating orange, mint green, light blue, tan and white fabrics and trims are cut by hand and tied onto jute twine.

The banner measures 36 inches with 12 inches of jute twine on each end. Fabric and trims hang down 9 inches. Burlap centerpiece measures 6x9 inches and is sewed at the edges and treated to reduce fraying. A ferris wheel and one is hand painted with acrylic paint.
