SIZE
With 13 8-inch pennants, this garland has a total length of 9 feet. There are approximately 20-inch tails at each end so you can easily tie it to a bannister, drape it on your mantle, fasten it to the front of a serving table, or pin it over a window.
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION
Each pennant is double-sided cotton so it’s pretty from both sides. The side seams are closed and neatly pressed so nothing will fray in the wind. And all the pennants are carefully sewn into a cloth tape. I'd love to hang it in my own home or give it to a good friend as a gift.

PACKAGING

CARE
