- 2 Binder covers and spines (Home & Inventories, Warranties & Manuals) – Spines come in 3 sizes to suit any binder

- Car Maintenance Checklist (2 pages) – List of things to check to ensure you car is operating correctly. A sheet to record who services your car, when your next check is due, when insurance and rego are due ect.

- Appliances Index
- Home Maintenance – one sheet has suggested tasks (monthly & 6 monthly) and the other is blank so you can choose your own. There is space to write the date when you've completed a task

- Home Projects List
- Home Projects Planner - plan your project, budget, materials & equipment required and your goal completion date
- Home Repair Log - keep track of who fixed what problem when, including their contact info

- Home Wish List- (5 page) for each room in your house record the furniture, homewares, storage items ect. you want, the store to purchase it from, price and priority. When you have a bit of extra cash just consult your list!

- Paint Colour Log - record the paint brand, colour and finish for each room in your house (includes filled in and blank versions)

- Pantry inventory (4 pages - categorised into canned food, pantry staples, breads & grains, baking supplies, herbs & spices, beverages, other and an uncategorised pantry inventory page)
- Freezer inventory (2 pages – categorised and uncategorised)

Notes on EDITABLE documents:
- All of the sheets are editable (except the covers & spines!)
- When you open the file there will be light blue boxes where you can type in your information (this will NOT remain light blue when printed so you can still print and hand-write on the sheets)
- You CAN save information typed into these forms
- The fillable font is helvetica in black

There are 6 different colours available!

Files will be sent within 48hrs (usually less than 24).

There are 2 copies of each sheet if you want to do '2 per page' printing and then cut the sheets in half for A5 sized pages, or if you want to do duplex printing.

There are 2 copies of each sheet allowing you to do 2 per page page printing then cut in half for half size pages, or you can do duplex printing. The pages are set to be full bleed (select 'borderless' in your printer menu). If your printer cannot do borderless printing, the pages will print with a thin white border. Most instant download items (and all sets) come in zipped folders. Please ensure your computer can open zipped folders.

The watermarks will NOT appear on your copy.
