1. When placing your order, select file type or printed sign. Jpegs are recommended for printing on photo paper. PDFs are recommended for all other printing. Include the following info in the notes at checkout:

• Child's Age
• Birthday
• Height & Weight
• Number of Teeth
• Nickname(s)
• Things he or she loves to do
• Four Favorites (examples: song, toy, book, food)
