We create this Happy Birthday banner on 4x4 inch white chipboard squares. We distressed the edges of each square for that finished look. Then to match her party theme I stamped the polka dots in pink acrylic paint. Then the letters were stamped with a gray acrylic paint. The ribbons were done to match. This banner is for a second birthday but of course you can get whatever number that you needed. You will receive the birthday banner with the name of your choice when you purchase this listing- the other photo shows other party decorations that are sold separately.
