ABOUT THE BALLOON KIT:
🎈Each kit contains: 36" purple surprise gift latex balloon, iridescent confetti, 2 gift note tags, balloon cup & stick attachment.
🎈Balloon comes un-inflated
🎈May be filled with helium or air
🎈Balloon shown in photo is filled with air
🎈Fill with helium to float (not necessary with cup/stick attachment, helium is best if you want to use a string instead)
🎈To fill with helium use a personal helium tank (can be purchased online or at party store) OR the them to be filled at your local party store/supermarket
