HOW TO ASSEMBLE WRAPPER

- Open file in your cutting program. Cut file on desired cardstock.
Hint: the image is a bit detailed, so the larger you can cut it the better. Also, be sure your cutting blade is sharp.
- Tape or glue toothpick to backside of the topper.
- Place toothpick in cupcake.
- Enjoy!
