An icon of many Jersey Shore beaches: the beach badge and perfect compliment and conversation starter for your Jersey Shore wedding! Don’t be surprised if your guests wear them as they hit the dance floor (hello, great photo ops!)

{HOW IT WORKS}
Purchase a non-transferable, non-refundable retainer listing. This listing allows us to begin the design process and reserves your event on my production calendar. The retainer is applied towards your total order.

{UPON PURCHASE}
You will receive an email within 2 business days containing a lookbook of our designs, an order form, and an Excel seating template.

{PROCESS}
1) Choose your design from our lookbook, or opt for a custom design - design fee will be provided based on the scope of the project
2) Complete and submit the order form
3) Your layout proof is created. Included are 2 additional rounds of revisions. Revisions beyond this are $10 each
4) Submit your finalized Excel template
5) Individual proofs of each seating card is provided for print approval. Five (5) changes are included (eg adding a guest to a seating card, name was mistyped into template, swapping a guest to another table) at no charge. Changes due to an error by DSE does not count towards these 5. More than five changes or changes that apply to the entirety of the badges, including changing layout design (color, art, font type/size, setup), adding/omitting titles, overhaul of seating assignments, etc. are subject to an additional fee - cost is dependent upon the scope of the revisions.
6) Upon print approval, the balance of your order is due. The order is sent to print and production and no further changes can be made.
7) Your order is complete and shipped or local pick up is scheduled.

{TURNAROUND}
I require a minimum of 3 weeks - 1 week for layout creation and revision, if needed, and 2 weeks for individual proofs, print, and production.
On the order form, you will provide the date you would like your order received. The finalized seating template is needed 2 weeks prior to this date for a standard processing time.
**You will notice on the listing a 3-10 week processing time; this is because clients often book my services several months in advance of their wedding date to ensure my availability.
Rush Orders are possible, availability permitting; please contact me. A rush fee begins at 25% of the total order, or $40 whichever is greater, and increases based on the required completion date.

{SHIPPING & DELIVERY}
Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. A signature is required for delivery; shipping rates are included in the final balance invoice. Pickup from my home studio can be arranged for local clients Monday - Friday.
