Up, up and away, your baby is turning one! This fun to be one balloon themed highchair banner is perfect for your the birthday party, cake smash photos and first birthday photo shoot! Coordinating royal blue, red, yellow, green and white fabric and trims are cut by hand and tied onto jute twine.

The banner measures 30 inches with 12 inches of jute twine on each end. Fabric and trims hang down 9 inches. Burlap centerpiece measures 6x9 inches and is sewed at the edges and treated to reduce fraying. Fun to be one (o is a red balloon) is hand painted with acrylic paint.

You can customize the burlap centerpiece for your special occasion! At checkout, choose your preference and include in the note what you want painted on (name, birthday number).

To secure the banner to a highchair, tie it around the high chair sides and use tape or velcro dots (not provided) to insure that it stays in place. Banner also hangs well with finishing nails or command hooks. (not provided)
