3. The Balloons will NOT FLOAT, even if you try to add Helium.
4. They arrive in a Flat package and will need to be inflated with the included straw or with a hand pump.
5. This style of Balloon is meant to hang as a Banner or handheld for a photo prop!
6. The Balloons can be re-inflated for another use once they start to lose air over time, but they cannot deflate completely.
