This anyoccasionbanners Baby it's cold outside baby shower decorations is a cute idea for a winter themed baby shower or sip and see! You choose to get the word BANNER only or to add the snowflake and circle GARLAND too.

It works for either a boy or a girl and can be done in a neutral color combo too!! Here's how I made the sample : I used 4x4 inch black chipboard squares. I permanently attached each light blue card stock letter to the chipboard. Then I permanently attached the white card stock snowflakes to the spacer pieces. I strung the sample banner with white ribbon and light blue bows . So cute. It would work just a well with light pink letters too!
You can choose to get the word banner only , the snowflake and circle garland only or to get both items!
