The letters are not hand painted. I create the letters with acid free, high quality paper and other embellishments. Colors and sayings are custom and can be anything the customer wants.

FREE SHIPPING in the US. All items are handmade by me so shipping time is usually between 1-2 weeks after placing your order, however it may arrive before then.

Each set of letters are made to order. Unfortunately since they are custom-made there will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each package is put together in the best way I can, but I cannot control the Post Office and their handling of the packages. If the product does arrive damaged, please contact me within one week of arrival.
