**I printed mine on a heavy white cardstock on my home inkjet printer. I cut around the outline provided, and folded the hat into a cone and secured with sticky dots. I then punched 1/16" holes on opposite sides of the largest end of the cole and strung elastic through to create a hat. This can also be made with a Cricuit using their "Print and Cut" feature.
