A colour in Advent Calendar Town - print, colour-in and make up the house boxes to fill with sweets, candy or other gifts!
The houses also make lovely little gift boxes for giving small presents or party favours.
There are 24 houses and shops in this set - every one is different and full of little details like Christmas trees, fairy lights, cats, dogs and snowmen.
SIZES:
There are 3 different sized boxes (8 of each), when made up the boxes measure:
Tallest: 2 x 2 x 5 inches (approx. 5 x 5 x 12.7 cm)
Medium: 2 x 2 x 3.9 inches (approx. 5 x 5 x 9.9 cm)
Shortest: 2 x 3 x 3.1 inches (approx. 5 x 7.6 x 7.9 cm)
The houses come as black and white templates for you to colour in. Instructions are included on the sheets.
The designs print on sheets measuring 8.5 x 11 inches (and can also be printed on A4 size paper).
JPG and PDF versions of the files are included.

The boxes in the town are larger than the the houses from my Advent Calendar Village (see last photo) but are designed to the same scale, so you can mix and match houses from each set if you like, to fit different sized sweets or gifts - or buy both and fill your home with mini Christmas houses!

TIPS FOR MAKING UP THE ADVENT CALENDAR TOWN:
You can print these sheets onto any type of paper you like, for best results I recommend printing on a good quality card and using your printer’s highest quality setting - I use 240gsm white card to make my boxes.
You will also need: scissors (or craft knife), pencils / pens, glue (or double sided sticky tape)

If you cut out the windows and glue tracing paper (or tissue paper) on the inside you can put a little LED tea light inside! (Just a little safety warning, which I'm sure you realise already, but only use LED tea lights not candles with real flames in your paper houses!!)
