Design and size:

Party hat is made to set on top of the head, with elastic going around back of the head, like a headband. You can have one number of your choice(any number 1-5), on the hat.

The outside of the hat is made with burlap for the base. The hat is lined with felt(last picture shows sample of felt lining). Hat is attached to 1/8th-inch elastic cording.

Hat measures 5-inches tall and 4-inches wide(at the base).

There is a red gingham ruffle trim along the bottom edge and a RED yarn Pom Pom on the top. The number and watermelon slice, are made of wool felt.
