A small stiffened blue seersucker crown, decorated with 'one' in white with a golf ball on yellow tee for the "o", and trimmed with mini white pom poms along bottom and on crown points. Attached to 1/8" elastic to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of crown is 3.5", and height 2.75".
