Topper is a paper product made of neon poster board.

Topper is UV reflective and "glows" under black light. You must have a black light shining near it to make it fluoresce.

Topper numbers measure 3.5" high and are 4" tall when backed with the black backing. The S at the end is 2" tall. All together, with the sticks, the topper measure about 7" tall.

Letters for the name are 1" tall. The letters are backed in black and placed on top of the age number.

Neon colors that are available are green, orange, blue, pink, yellow, purple and reddish orange. Please specify the color or colors you want when checking out.

If choosing 1980s only/no name, please enter the color you want for the numbers and if you want star, dots, or a mix of both.
