**All our banners and door signs are triple layered for added protection from breakage. A "Happy Birthday" banner weighs 7 ounces before adding protective shipping materials. This is not a simple, flimsy, single layered banner. Your satisfaction is my TOP priority. All our toppers include a shadow on the back of the decorative image, so that the lollipop stick is not seen on the back side. We ONLY use lollipop sticks on my toppers, instead of craft wooden sticks. It adds a sense of security when the little ones are using them, so that they won't be pricked. Not to mention, that the best part of a cupcake is licking the icing off the cupcake topper. Please check our feedback at our sister company "2mommysscrapin.etsy.com" . All items take approximately 2-3 weeks for production. Please note party date at checkout. If you need something sooner, please feel free to convo me! I might be able to squeeze you in. (Expedited shipping charges may apply.) Total time needed for fulfillment (including production and shipping is approximately 4 weeks.)

I also ship internationally, but please keep in mind that shipping charges will be slightly higher and delivery times vary. So make sure you have given plenty of time for package to arrive. (I would allow 2 weeks for just shipping)
