Scarlett is in love with Minnie Mouse and since I <3 her, I decided to make sure she had the best birthday ever. Shame the invites didn't make it to the guests (note to all party makers, if an invite is rigid inside the envelope it must be hand delivered to the post office) Then I proceeded to make her wonderful banner, cupcake toppers, centerpieces, napkin rings, and door sign. Scarlett was very joyful for the party that we made for her.
