I bought the wooden stick and 3 rectangle pieces as is at Michael's and just painted a few times the color pink. After drying I bought stencils and painted over in black. My husband drilled some holes in each piece for me to tie ribbon. I hot glued the 3 pieces to the wooden stick and added some self adhesive big bows also purchased at Michael's.

Thank you Jina! My brother lives outside of Orlando and he went into Disney to pick up these cute ears on the way to her party here in NC. I had a couple of other people ask and I was able to find them online. I just googled "pink minnie ears" and they came up. http://www.polyvore.com/disney_minnie_mouse_sparkle_ears/thing?id=30829688
