Bought some simple headbands at the Dollar store, felt ($0.3 each) The template I think I printed out from Disney website. If not it is easy to draw yourself. I saw the ears together, but you can glue them. The bows are out of some leftover fabric I had. Just saw 2 recrangulars together and then gethered fabric in the middle (I did it without any pattern). I think you can use just ribbon bows. It will work too. Good luck!
