Thanks, Erika! They were pretty easy and we loved the way they turned out. Here's how we did them: I purchased a Wilton's Seashells candy mold (from Michaels) and then put Wilton's candy melts in a piping bag. I used Light cocoa, peanut butter(candy melts not actual pb), white, pink and orange candy melts to get the seashell coloring) You just mix them up in the piping bag and melt them for about 3 minutes in the microwave. I found that using more white than any other color makes them look pretty realistic! After you melt the candy just pipe it into the mold and let harden. Then just pop them out. For the cupcakes we just used a box cake mix but added a little pudding. We also used canned buttercream. After we frosted the cupcakes we rolled the tops in brown sugar to make them look sandy. Then just added a toothpick birthday flag with the candy seashells leaning against them.
