Thank you Denise S. The bears are 10". I got them from msteddybear.com. The blocks are just 10" white cardboard boxes that I purchased at Amazon.com. I painted a 7" square on each side leaving a 1.5" border on all sides. The letters are 4" wood letters purchased at hobbylobby.com and then painted white.

Hi Rosie V. Thank you! The balloons are light blue, royal blue and silver. The disposable charger plates were purchased from poshpartysupplies.com. You can also find them on smartyhadaparty.com. The "ribbons" are napkins made to look like ribbons.
