I believe that it is showe caps and that the tenticals are plastic table clothes. From other jellyfish I have seen they pull the plastic just a little to cause the ripples. You can also use paper or cloth lanterns for the jelly fish body. Hope this helps!

i dislike how she doesnt get back to use with a diy. These are made from tissue paper, and you can buy foam balls in a craft store, cut them in half and use it for the top of the jelly fish then cover it with tissue paper. you will need a glue gun (:
