I LOVE the cupcake toppers! Where did you get those/how did you make those? Also, what did you use for the cupcake wrapper?

I secured the topper to a toothpick with hot glue and also secured the wrapper around the cupcake with hot glue....be sure to secure the wrapper around the cupcake before you put the frosting on.
