The balloons were made by the mom. She printed off the images from Nickjr.com and then affixed them to the balloons once they were blown up.
I made the background myself. I got the images from Nickjr.com and enlarged them to the size of the table. I then printed them on 8.5x11 paper and affixed them to a foam board. The 8.5x11 paper overlapped and was puzzled together to form the correct size background.
