The Zest Citrus Brunch

When a client reaches out to us about a girls day, summer brunch, we are ALLLLL over it. She wanted something colorful and fresh, so citrus themed it was. Bright yellows, hot pinks, and lush greens complimented every corner of the table.

  Life's A Peach Appetizer: Sliced Peach + Sliced Mozzarella + Sliver of Prosciutto + Mint Lemon Zest Salad: Arugula + Sliced cucumber and radishes + Chopped Asparagus + Edible Yellow Flowers in a Lemon Vinaigrette Berry Yummy Waffles: Belgian waffles with sliced fruit and lemon infused honey.

  Brunch Punch: Champagne + OJ + Cranberry Juice + Ginger Ale + Sliced Peaches

• Desserts

  Pink and white sugar cookies

• Party Favors

  Limoncello to go in the sweetest mini bottles sealed with a cork top. Custom tags were designed for each bottle that said, "Pucker Up", and they were tied with double sided satin ribbon and a sprig of rosemary.
