Swan Soiree

My daughter Imogen has always been particularly feminine. She loves ballet, dolls and flouncy dresses so when she requested a very feminine theme, it was easy to come up with a theme of ‘Swan Soiree’.
All detailing was in golds, silvers, whites and marble greys and the invitation suite I created also incorporated feathers and ornate writing. To set the beautiful cake off as the hero of the table, I used a circular cake board to hot glue gun feathers and bauble chains and create a unique base. I also used glue on feathers to create containers for other party food and to create Ferrero Rocher trees. I also purchased really cheap plastic swan wedding favour containers and then glued on feathers, painted the eyes and adding in truffles.
