We had all things Rainbow here. We started the morning with rainbow pancakes and finished with rainbow cake!

Thank you! I made it for her. If you know anyone that sews...I used a bloomer/shorts pattern and added the ruffles before I sewed up the side seams. The ruffles on the bloomers are only on the back. The ruffles on the top go all the way around. Hope that helps! :)

Rainbow colored inflatable beach balls that I found at the dollar store and ikea plates, cups, forks knives and spoons (these items were the same color as the tissue). I personalized all the cups and plates with vinyl. Maybe some candy? I'm not sure. Hope that helps!
