Party Recap

I knew that we wanted a Snow White themed party for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I scoured Pinterest for ideas and found some I liked, but many were over the top. The cake was the hardest thing to decide on because I just didn't love anything I found. Luckily, I had an amazing friend help with that!
When guests arrived, we had the movie playing for little ones to watch until everyone got here. Then my daughter lead them all outside to the Seven Dwarfs Mine. They each had a turn to go inside with a glow stick ax and look for Ring Pops and diamonds. We played the Dig Dig Dig song in the background while they were in there. The kids loved it!!

Everyone enjoyed snacks while we opened gifts. We had apple chips, pretzels and hummus, and littlebcookie acorns. I didn't want to go overboard on snacks since it wasn't a meal time.

With perfect timing, the "real" Snow White showed up just as we had finished with gifts. She brought a basket of red apples and handed them out to the kids and interacted with all of them. She hung out while we cut and ate cake and took photos with all the kids. Huge hit!

Speaking of cake, I absolutely LOVED what my friend came up with. I had sent him several pictures and liked parts of each, but he blew me away with the cake he came up with!

At the end of the party, we handed out personalized mirrors as favors for the girls and glow axes for the boys. This party was so fun to plan and even more fun to watch it play out. I hope you get some ideas for your little one's Snow White bash!
