When it came to planning my baby shower my friends and family incorporated my love for shabby chic into the overall theme. From the burlap and lace table runner and rustic design to the Mason jar drinking glasses, fabric garland backdrop and tiered ruffle tablecloth, they celebrated Baby Riley’s upcoming arrival in the most fitting way.

Desserts
A pale pink three layer rustic buttercream cake with a pink bunting cake topper took the spotlight on the food and dessert table. To the right of the cake sat a display of delicious desserts from strawberry shortcake cups to rock candy suckers and chocolate and pink peanut butter crackers.

Party Favors
The party favors went along with the pastel color scheme, as each of the guests walked away with a pale pink nail polish.

There was an array of foods including chicken salad croissants, veggie sandwiches, guacamole dip, lil’ smokies and a fruit tray.

The guest were offered Koolaide Punch, Sweet Tea and Bottled Water to drink.
