Scottlyn & Kardunn's 1st Birthday Party

Our twin girls turned ONE on January 17, 2013. The theme was a Penguin party. Black, white, turquoise and orange were the colors. We invited family only (because our family is huge) and did it on the actual day that they turned one, which was a Thursday night. It actually snowed on their birthday (I love snow). The girls had individual penguin cakes to smash then the guests had a sheet cake. Tons of food and fun was had by all. I decorated with paper globes, paper pom poms, and draped orange and turquoise sheets for back drops. My mother in law made penguin cake pops as the take away favor.
