Scheffler's Rooftop BBQ Party!

My husban & I moved Downtown Seattle to this gorgeous building 7 months ago. We wanted to throw a summer party for our friends to enjoy our beautiful view! We did a BBQ (Burguers & Chicken). Everyone had a great time!

• What People Ate

  Ham & Cheese Skewers, Cheese Platter (Aged Cheddar, Habanero Pepper Jack, Havarti, Smoked Gouda) I combined the platter with fruits such as grapes and strawberries. Spinach dip, goat cheese dip, nuts (mountain trail mix, tropical trail mix, reguar nuts) and goldfish. For dinner : (BBQ) Chicken marinated in teriyaki & green onions sauce. Regular burguers, turkey & garden burguers. Caprese & potato salad.

• What People Drank

  We had an alcohol menu : Scheffler's special ( Vodka- lemonade with a splash of soda)..... Regular vodka, Bourbon, Red wine, White wine, beer. Different mixers: Pink lemonade, Coke,Tonic, Cranberry juice, Cran-cherry juice & orange Juice.... Water.
