Party Recap

I created the illumination pages to be similar to the old illumination books to print and put in frames around the room.

I have been collecting Scary tales posters for a few years –

I created and printed the snow white wall poster – 16 x 20 and framed it.

I hired a pumpkin carriage with 2 horses to be parked on the front lawn for an hour when the party was supposed to start.

I used Avery ticket forms to print my disney money on. Not only are they cute and small, but they snap apart so all of the money will have clean edges -

I had a wood carver create for me two wooden signs –
1) Once Upon a Time – which I want to paint white and hot glue flowers, hang a small glass slipper off of and maybe add butterflies if I can find

2) Once Upon a Nightmare – which I want to paint black, ot glue black feathers, hang a poisoned apple, have a dead birds nest setting in the letter “O”

I have 3 games I’m doing in addition to the pumpkin carving contest

1) Which Witch is Which – In this game I want people to look around and guess the witch that’s associated with the props I’ve scattered around the room.

2) Beg, Borrow & Steal – The goal in this game is to increase your wealth – the person with the most at the close of banking will win a grand prize

a. Above the $100 Disney money they will receive, money will be scattered around the room.

b. Money will be given as a prize for the first person who correctly guesses the prop to the witch

c. An end of night auction will take place in an effort to entice people to spend their Disney money for a real nice prize

i. Four $25 Gift cards to be auctioned individually

e. Grand Prize was an Amazon Kindle Fire.

3) Fitcher’s Bird. - This is what I refer to as a sleeper game. I’m not specifically telling you this is a game – but if you know the Fairy Tale or read my monthly emails I've been sending …I talked about it, you will catch on to why the room has a lot of black Easter eggs hanging on the branches

4) ANAGRAM - Hidden in the dinner program on the Beg Borrow & Steal Back Cover

a. $100.00 will be hidden there for the first person who catches on.
