R's 6th Birthday

Our son wanted a Star Wars Theme part for his 6th birthday. He came up with a lot of the ideas for the party. We welcomed the guest with their personalized jedi robes and training card. There were 5 "tests" to become a Jedi. They would receive a star wars stamp for each thing they completed in their training card. All of that was my son's idea. First Test was Galaxy Studies were the kids learned about our solar system and completed a coloring project. Second Test was "Space Flight". This was a film canister and alka seltzer experiment completed outside. Third Test was Agility Training. We had a box maze, lava field to cross, balance beams, ropes, and a small trampoline. Fourth Test was lightsaber training. They learned a sequence of fight moves. Fifth Test was to Defeat the Dark Side. Each Jedi had a chance to battle with Darth Vader aka "Daddy". It was a lot of fun.
