    Hi Melody! The styrofoam is 80 x 120 cm. I got it at a local store that sells all kind of stuff for isolation. The fabric I got it in a local store that sells fabrics. Sorry I can't help you, I live in Argentina, but I think that if you google it, you might find some place near you to buy it.
