Mateo's 3rd Birthday Party

This was a DUPLO Lego Themed Party for my son who was turning 3. He had a great time playing outside in the pool with water balloons and then eating inside while playing with the legos on the table. To top it all off, he got several lego sets to add to his collection.

• Desserts

  My son loves ice cream. So we had a sundae bar in addition to his lego cake. The ice cream was already in small Mason Jars and then placed in a galvanized metal bucket full of ice. There was chocolate and vanilla to pick from.

• Activities / Games

  Pool, water balloons, and playing with Legos.

• Budget

  Low budget as most things were home made and I used Legos and Lego storage boxes as my decoration. I Spent money on the Mason Jars and galvanized bucket, but I will be able to use them many more times.

• Best Moment

  After Mateo opened all his presents he went around to all the guests and hugged them and said thank you.

• What People Ate

  I don't remember. My mom offered to make something, and I just remember it was yummy. That's what happens when you post things 3 months later.
