Party Recap

Maeve loves FROZEN, like so many other girls turning 6, so I thought I would give her a fun party inspired by FROZEN.

I found free printables from www.Homeketeers.com which I used to make the invitation and edible images on the cookies.

The party was held at the Oak Canyon Splash Pad. A community park with water play and two playgrounds. Our guests enjoy staying cool in the water and running around from one playground to the other.

I hired the Ice Princess (Anna) and Snow Queen (Elsa) from www.wishingwellparties.net to surprise the birthday girl and her guests. They were amazing! Our guests were entertained with a story, magic tricks, Elsa says... and coloring.

For center pieces we had mason jars filled with mini hard candies, ice blue rock candy and snowflake cookie pops by Sweet Treats by Gwen.

For the dessert table we had cookies shaped as snowflakes along with ones decorated with edible images of FROZEN characters. We also had mini and regular sized cupcakes and a two tiered cake. All provided by Sweet Treats by Gwen (www.facebook.com/SweetTreatsbyGwen).

And no FROZEN party would be complete without Queen Elsa and Princess Anna singing Happy Birthday to the birthday girl.
