Party Recap

It was a great day for EVERYONE. From the décor to the food to the venue not a detail was missed. It took months of preparation and research and I'd be lying if I said that I didn't drive my amazing hubby nuts with all the planning...in the end it was totally worth it! Kennedy and her friends had a SUPER time!

  • Budget

    Approx. $700

  • Decor

I cut out newspaper in order to make the placemats,I used plates and napkins from the Dollar Store as well as tables cloths, the floral arrangements were actually used for an event the week before so it was easy to incorporate into our tablescapes. I got a lot of my inspiration from pinterest HERE is the link to my pinterest page http://www.pinterest.com/bbouffard/party-ideas/ My stepdad and I actually constructed the City scape ourselves from cardboard boxes and spraypainted them black and then painted the yellow windows!! It was a blast!!

  • Photo booth

I purchased the backdrop from Etsy from Swanky Prints for a Super good deal!! https://www.etsy.com/shop/SwankyPrints I handmade the rest of the props myself

  • Custom Graphics by Manny Padilla

I found my inspiration for the article from http://www.lauraenrightphotography.com/superhero-newspaper-clipping/. I sent the picture to my graphic Designer along with the pic of the birthday girl done by the amazing Whitney Hartmann www.whitneyhartmann.com and he reconstructed it flawlessly...I changed a few things to make it relevant to Kennedy. Manny also created the Superhero Kennedy poster. It was a great added touch
