Jenna's 4th Birthday

For my daughters 4th birthday we had a princess theme. We had an explosion of pink and silver streamers, pink streamer roses Pink balloons, magic wands and tiaras. Special guest Rapunzel and Flynn also came to the party.

• Desserts

  Pink pearled candies, white yogurt pretzels. Birthday cake and vanilla ice cream.

• Party Favors

  A treat bag filled with a wand, tiara, jewelry, a magic cloth ,a princess tutu and princess candy. Dressed the bag up with pink tissue paper and silver accents.

• Activities / Games

  We blew up 65 pink balloons that the girls needed to keep off the ground with their magic wands. Then we had a game of 'pass the glass slipper' played like 'hot potato' We danced to princess music and played musical chairs. We then went to Ariels lagoon where we slid down into the ocean and then used are skills to fish in the little pond.

• Budget

  Decorations were with mainly streamers and tissue paper made. I had bought some flowers and mixed them with my garden flowers for centerpieces. I made the cake and made all of the lagoon fish except for some purchased at the dollar store. It was an affordable party but, with food drink and favors it added up to $200.

• What People Ate

  We served mid day snacks. Strawberries, cheese and cracker tray and white cheddar popped rice snacks.

• What People Drank

  Bottled spring water and Milk with Strawberry milk straws.

• Best Moment

  The best moment was when Rapunzel and Flynn made their appearance. The birthday girl was so excited. This made mama tear up.

• Funniest Moment

  Funniest moment was seeing all of the balloons in the yard and having them flow over the fence into the street.

• Most Touching Moment

  was when Rapunzel presented a special necklace and wand to the birthday girl. My daughter said she would keep it forever in a special place.

• Best Dressed

  My daughter wore a rapunzel costume complete with wig. All of her friends were dressed as princess. They all looked beautiful!

• The Princess Birthday Party

  My daughter said it was the best party ever. That was the highlight for me.
